Federal Signal Modulator 1004, Roswell, GA Tube. Duration : 3.18 Mins.

Watch in HD! I'm back! It's been awhile since I have had the time to go out and make a decent video of a siren going off. [Mostly due to the fact that I lost the camera cable to my Sony HX1, but fear not, I have bought a MS reader!] This is a video of the Roswell, GA outdoor warning siren, performing the monthly test. The siren featured is a Federal Signal Modulator 1004. It does a soft start, but gets to a decent volume. It was rather windy, so please forgive the wind noise. This siren is in a mixed system of FS 2001's and Modulators of varying size. I call these things "MicroMods." They are about as loud as a Model 2 or 3. The siren runs a 3ish minute Attack/Wail cycle. Sirens are tested every first Wednesday of the month @ 12:00. Enjoy
