USA Trains - GP38-2 converted to MTH DCS Protosound 2 - *UPDATED* Video Clips. Duration : 3.73 Mins.
Functional test of USA Trains - GP38-2 Converted to MTH DCS Protosound 2. This updated video highlights the variable smoke velocity output tied to the sound rev increases in the diesel sound. At each rev increase (8 total) the fan motors boost up a knotch in speed for more prototypical performance. This was with the smoke vol set at MED (medium), there is one lower and one higher level MAX which has higher overall fan speeds and will be ideal for outdoor use (in higher wind environments). Loose lights on engine are for later install as stepboard lights and ditch lights. Video taken with Canon S11
