the October 2012 Acer tablet comes with a very attractive price for a Tegra 3 processor, 1GB ram, 8gb flash with micro sd card slot, hdmi out, gps, 2mp front camera, wifi only, micro usb,1024 x 600, full android jellybean 4.1.1. just £179.99 It beats Kindle Fire HD & Nexus 7, and i think flash enabled! Note: it does work in landscape just need to turn that feature on in the settings and the homepage also rotates (one thing nexus 7 doesn't) Speakers: very good Overall: the system works great never crashed or froze Batterylife: about 5 hours gaming time and 6:30 hours normal use time Screen: quite bad in outdoor since it's reflective screen and not too bright (even its brighter than nexus) but its still visible as long as its not on a sunny day, inside the car looks fine. Updates: received system updates from google for it over the air just couple days ago Remark: its get quite hot while charging even it's turned off This is not a phone, you can't call phones but you can use skype, tango to call and txt phones.

It's SHOT Show 2013, and The Bullet Points are checking out what new products Laser Ammo has to offer for the coming year (www.laser-ammo.com They are one of the industry leaders in their training / practice line of products... their SureStrike laser systems allow you to practice your draw and dry fire training with a rifle, shotgun, or handgun while working on your trigger pull, sight picture and tactical reloading. And the best part... all you have to do is drop in one of their practice laser casings into the barrel of your weapon and you can practice with your own, real firearm... not a plastic training pistol/rifle/shotgun. Their systems allow you to practice safely in your home without making a sound, and as they say... practice makes perfect. Welcome to The Bullet Points. TBP is a group dedicated to reviews, field testing and information related to firearms, tactical equipment, accessories, clothing, tactical training, camping / outdoor gear, survival equipment and disaster preparedness. Whelen siren atop the Hopkinton, MA fire station. This one plays the 'air horn' sound at noon, and in groups of 4 blasts during fire calls. Note the bell just before the horn goes off. Any info on the model of this siren (and I could be wrong about Whelen), please let me know! © Katsuki Lennox
