This is the first Saturday of the month test of the Brentwood, TN Municipal Building Federal Signal 2001-SRN outdoor warning siren. This video demonstrates one of the 17 warning sirens in the area. These devices are used to warn the residents of Brentwood in the event of a tornado warning, while some of the electronic units are equipped with lightning detection systems that "talk" warning messages as well when lightning is near.
