Meyer Sound JM-1P Loudspeaker Returns to Montréal Jazz Video Clips. Duration : 2.08 Mins.

At the request of enthusiastic guest engineers, the JM-1P was brought back to two venues of the Montréal International Jazz Festival for a second year—the outdoor Loto Québec blues stage and the 1458-capacity Théâtre Maisonneuve. Go Behind the Scenes with the Tech Team at the Montréal International Jazz Festival Video Clips. Duration : 4.13 Mins.

Know what it takes to pull off a festival that features 3000 musicians over 12 days and nights and draws more than 2.5 million visitors? Those licks and jams that make the Montréal International Jazz Festival the world's largest of its kind are all serious considerations when it comes to choosing the right sound systems for each of the festival's many stages. In the featured video, we follow Hugo Tardif of Canadian-based Solotech and Andrew Hope of GerrAudio to several of the festival's outdoor and indoor venues and hear from the technical team about some of the sound reinforcement challenges in an event of this exceptional scale and caliber. Whether it is the MILO line array loudspeaker, JM-1P arrayable loudspeaker, or 700-HP subwoofer, the team explains how Meyer Sound systems' clarity and definition have become synonymous with the audience experience at the festival.
