PINE COTTAGE - ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT LAND HOLDINGS IN SYDNEY'S EASTERN SUBURBS www.pinecottagelittlebay.com.au 'Pine Cottage' is one of the most significant land holdings in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs - zoned for commercial or residential purposes, you have 1304sqm of level land, surrounded by coastal golf courses, National parks and pristine secluded beaches. The property has a street frontage of around 24.5 meters, and the 53 meters running along the Eastern boundary of the residence takes in breathtaking panoramic views. This uninterrupted, and protected outlook, is enhanced by the natural fall of the land, gently sloping down to the Pacific Ocean. Overlooking the undulating fairways of The Coast golf club, you would easily mistake it for the world famous 18th hole at St Andrews, Scotland - it's simply stunning and truly remarkable. Furthermore, there is something uniquely special about this grand circa 1901 property, which used to house the manager of the Prince Henry Hospital. If only he could see it now - the original portion of the property has been carefully re-crafted and exquisitely renovated to enhance the elegant period features. Combine this with the extensive and stunning new addition to the dwelling, by award winning architect Glenn McCormack of Benson McCormack Architects, and you have a seamless integration offering a state-of-the-art residence and luxurious contemporary lifestyle. Original period features include: a marble fireplace and two cast iron ...

Needed a better mic, then whats on the camcorder for outdoor fliming as going to be doing interviews, so shotgun was the best choice as they are highly directional and rejects noise around it and going to be booming it above each person as they speak. Was looking for something for a reasonable price as I still need to buy a good indoor stereo microphone and lavalier microphone , found this MXL=FR-304 for 9.99, but only paid 5 for it due to musiciansfriend priced match it. Seems to be crisp and clear will try it outside once I get a good blimp system for it. Never use a shotgun mic on top of the camcorder, always have it boomed or on a mic stand, to keep it out of the film and for better dialogue just have it pointing down at the person toward the person a few inchs above their head. Size of Mic is 21mm diameter and 14" (355.6mm) in length, took a ruler to it. If you are looking for a shotgun mic for youtube don't...Get a stereo lavalier microphone or wireless one instead.
