This is a demo of Meel (Club) exercises, with some variations. these exercises are part of the Zurkhaneh (House of Power) training system. To the uninitiated the system can best be described as Iranian 'Yoga' with more emphasis on strength and power. You will derive great benefit from doing any one of the variations in sets of 20-50 repetitions, and once you master one variation make sure you know how to do it in reverse too. Be Tireless
